Property Management vs Let Only

We offer the 2 above services which vary. Property Management is a long term option for landlords in Glasgow, meaning we manage the tenants long term, take care of the property and ensure all compliance and ongoing maintenance is conducted timely and properly, conduct inventory, rent collection and statements. Meaning the landlord should not have to spend any time looking after the property. We currently offer a management fee with zero set up cost of 10% of monthly rental.

Let only is a service which involves us conducting viewings, listings, background checks, general tenant vetting until move in date. This is where the service ends and the landlord will directly manage the property from here. We offer this service at a flat rate of £300.
